Advokati: Kobe Brajant će biti oslobodjen

Some suspicious things about this fiasco;

- They arrest him, yet don't charge him..THEN the sherriff's department issues a statement BEFORE they charge him with anything! So, now we have this media circus and IT NEVER NEEDED TO HAPPEN if they would have just sent the evidence to the DA for him to decide FIRST. But, now, Kobe is being raked through the sh*t, and he hasn't even been CHARGED! And the Sherriffs reason for doing this? "To help everyone involved come to grips with this over the holiday weekend." What- The- F*ck?
- Kobe was at the Hotel from the 30th thru the 2nd. The alleged misconduct happened on the 30th. Why the F*CK would he stay there another night? He had surgery the day of the 1st. So, Kobe allegedly does this, and...sleeps there the next night?
- How in the hell does the DA talk to the "victim" in this case and hasn't spoken with Kobe? Isn't that a breach of conduct or something? To call the "victim" and ask her how she's doing? How can that be allowed when the DA is still deciding whether to charge himn or not?
- WHY is the DA on Good Morning America, ESPN Radio, and the Today Show, when he should be sitting in his office deciding this case? He can't say a damn thing about it anyway, so WHY ISN"T HE MAKING A F*CKING DECISION instead of sitting in front of a camera getting his 15 minutes? I mean, the Sherriff, at the press conferences was GRINNING for Christ's sake!
